letting someone go

i know it was one of the most difficult thing for him to do. And i suppose you never know how it is until you have to do it.

my hubby has to let go of a staff today. probably one of the inevitable things you have to do when you have your own business. And i know it was a very difficult decision for him. he was someone he taught and groomed to become very incredibly good underwater. EXCEPT that the minute he is above waters, he is a completely different person. Almost like Jackal & Hyde. Well he is not evil, just pure lazy, has the worst attitude, zero initiative, big ego, insensible and immature for someone who is to be a father very soon too. my heart goes out to his wife whom i know dearly. let's hope when the child is born perhaps the little one might change his world and make him perhaps just a little more considerate and sensible than he is now.

it was a difficult night last night.

it was a nerve-wrecking morning too...

but it's all done now, it's over.

we learn from it and we move on.
