back to the future :) ...

a cup of latte, big proper supermarket, 3 storey car park... almost felt like i was back in Singapore!

It was our day off today. We slept in late, left the house at noon and drove to Cat & Fiddle in Sanur for a nice Irish Breakfast! (sunny side up, mushroom, mashed potato - refried, strips of bacon, nice sausages, tomatoes, brown bread and yummy french butter!) I was too hungry and excited that i forgot to take a photo. :) ... i was slowly savouring my nice yummy latte which came in tall glass, with a bit of foam and everything! it was a nice potent cuppa which made me feel a bit high strung hee hee... hubby down it all with a big bottle of bintang.

We could have sat there alllllllllll day but we had an agenda today for going downtown ... CARREFOUR IS IN BALI!!! :) yes hubby and i are supermarket-fanatics :) we go through every single aisle and look at everything! we were so impressed even with the carpark! it's a 3 storey car park, just like those we see at suntec city! there were codes (not animal codes like suntec) and colour themes as well to help you remember where you park. This is the first time i ever took a picture of a car park! haha...

3 hours later... here's what we brought home with us :) :

crackers and more crackers, the biggest tub of magarine i have ever bought, asahi beers, a cheap bottle of red wine, heinz spaghetti in a tin x 4, 2 loaves of bread, tin of tomato, a tin of pate (yummy!), gatsby shower gel, toothpaste and new toothbrush, one big wok and one small wok (just for our sunny side up!), scoop for rice cooker cos charlie chewed off the one we had, vitamin tablets and new brush for charlie, olay products for me to try and yes those are dumbbells - 5kg somemore!!! haha... not really sure we are going to use it as a leg rest or actually going to use it to work out!

oh and yes hubby insisted that i get myself a new set of bikini (the bag came with it!) and a new pair of sunglasses! :) ...

it was a nice day out :) ... almost felt like we were back to civilisation! :)
