thanks to si-fu ah pua's easy recipe, my first attempt in making chicken rice tonight was a huge success!
the chicken was yummy, the rice was fragrant! my mother would be super proud i tell you! :) it was a wee bit too salty i must admit but every thing else turned out unexpectedly well! hee hee...
it took me a while to steam the chicken because i did't had a big pot. so by the time i was done cooking we were like scavengers! :) hence no pictures taken.
si-fu pua, you would have been very proud of me!
next task in hand and the most important! how to master making chicken rice chilli!!!
